It was a challenge. Debating if I would take this on or not. No one walks into your place, sees a pole and has good thoughts. No one says, “Oh, how classy!” But even though eyes widen and people become uneasy when I say I work with it, no one is above taking a spin themselves on the pole or wanting to touch it… play on it or swing around on it. The truth is, everyone- guys and gals included, loves the pole. So I too have befriended this extremely challenging sport and performance art. Together with my partner Miyoko we can give you a Burlesque / Pole performance that will leave smiling, slightly uneasy, and clearing your throat. More to come.
